I forgot to look for it and John made sure it was done. John's wisdom during our price discussions with the buyer really showed his  experience. We only stay with Sunset Properties for our annual beach trip to Fort Morgan! The houses/condos are always perfect for our needs, clean and beautiful. The staff at Sunset are so nice and accommodating, if you have any requests they are always quick with responses. If you're looking for a great family owned company to stay with in the Fort Morgan area, the Dunes Subdivision and Sunset Properties is the only way to go.
