"We thoroughly enjoyed watching all the activity on and around Robinson Island and Perdido Pass. I had an easy walk to the beach for early morning strolls. I loved the Penthouse unit, but feel that a good deep cleaning is needed. The carpet in the master bedroom is dirty, and the shower in the master bathroom had mold in it. "

"Beautiful condo - would definitely come back again. Nice to have the 3 king beds for a group of 3 couples.
Only a few things I would ask....
Supply more bed pillows - lots of decorative ones but only 1 small pillow per person.
More towels for each guest. I like to have 2 for a shower.
And add more glassware - maybe some Tervis type cups.
Toaster did not work the first morning but it was replaced promptly.

"I rented the property to celebrate my girlfriends 60th birthday. What a great experience! The booking and check in procedure was a breeze. The sunsets were amazing from the balcony. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Wasn't a huge fan of the overly soft mattress in the master bedroom but we still slept like a dream. Overall the condo was just as what we expected and we will definitely consider it again when staying in the Orange Beach area."

"The view from this unit is fantastic. The condo was clean and worked well for our family. There was a small number of essentials included (dishwashing detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc) and this was relayed in our email from the property management so we were fully aware we would need to get additional if we needed it. Very clear instructions and it helped with our trip prep. The property is very nice - of course, there are small things that might be an issue for some people (peeling paint on a wall, a lampshade needs replacing) but that is the case with any property that is rented and enjoyed! I am very picky about the places I rent, and this one did not disappoint! They have done a great job and I would definitely rent it again. Thoroughly enjoyed the rental and the Caribe property. Pools and lazy river were open. Hot tubs were closed. And by the way, you can stand on the balcony of this unit and watch the dolphins! Great trip! "

"This is the 2nd year in a row our group has stayed in Caribe B Penthouse 4. Love the view, location, size, and setup with the 3 kings and 3 bathrooms. It would be nice to have more bath towels and wash clothes. 2 sinks in the main bath and 1 small soap? 1 roll of TP? Supplying toweling, dishwasher pods, and garbage bags are used to keep the unit clean and there should be more supplied to maintain the unit for as many days. Sofa was very worn and the end spot is bottoming out. Repair TP holder in main bathroom. Beach towels and a cooler would be a nice convenience. More patio furniture - comfortable options and small side tables would also be nice."

"We stayed in B4 PH, with four adults and 12 year old twin boys. The views from our balcony were spectacular, we had both the Pass and river in plain sight. The condo was spacious and comfortable for all. This was our 3rd visit to the Caribe, and we’ll be back."

"We have been staying here for 4 or 5 years. We always enjoy spending the winter months in orange beach. The condo is very nice but the couch needs to be replaced as one of the sections is broken down. Also there was no vacuum supplied this year as there was one in the past. "

"The location was nice and easy access to elevators.
The weather was a little cool and windy so we used the many pools indoor and outdoor at the resort, as well as the lazy river. The rental company was very good to work with, we decided to drive straight through and needed an additional night and we were able to check into the unit a day earlier than we had previously reserved for a good price."

"Great stay 9/21 to 9/28/24. Weather was perfect and the storm Helena stayed away. Resort amenities are very nice with the lazy river, outdoor and indoor pools, putting green, docks for fishing, grills for cooking chicken and burgers, coffee shop, etc. view from porch is wonderful with high top table and chairs. Kitchen needs a few items for those of us who cook a lot on vacay but Sunset Properties say they will get all the items needed. Great stay with family, relatives, and friends "
