"This property is amazing! The unit is spacious, clean and well decorated. The view from the balcony is priceless. Plenty to do at the resort...indoor pools, outdoor pools, indoor jacuzzi's, outdoor jacuzzi's, mini golf, putting green, beaches, boating and lots of great restaurants & shopping nearby.
All of the property is well-maintained and clean. The staff at Sunset Properties is incredible and very accommodating. Yes, we will stay at Caribe C Penthouse 14 again! "

"We own a business and rarely have down time but we needed a beach fix... and wanted a getaway that could still feel socially responsible during the pandemic. This condo and property was great! We booked somewhat last minute - got a great deal and the unit was beautiful! Everything was clean and the property seemed to be doing their best with social distancing and access to safe amenities. The view was beautiful!"

"This room was the perfect space for a multi-family rental. The space was huge for a condo, and provided above and beyond for our needs during the stay. One of the best features was the parking spot reserved for the unit right by the elevator!

The unit’s state of cleanliness was a little below expectations—but it did not interfere with our stay.

The team at Sunset were great working with us before hand as we made changes to reschedule after the hurricane. We were always greeted with kindness, enfin made the experience that much enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time (even with some spring breakers in the area) and definitely would rebook this unit again."

"The Penthouse Condo (C14) our home away from home was outstanding. The rooms were clean, spacious, and a great view of the gulf. The bay is located behind the building and it's view was breathtaking. We road the jet skis and lodged in the hot tub by the pool. I would definitely recommend to friends and family."

"Overall very great stay unit was well stocked and beds very comfortable! Some furniture in need of attention and area rug needs replacing soon but that’s all very minor and didn’t affect the stay at all. Great view off the balcony, and very quiet for such a large building! Pools are very nice only complaint was lazy River was still not usable because of upkeep! Overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to return for another vacation!"

"The condo was very clean and comfortable. Lots of room in the kitchen. My kids loved the pools-- lots of options and room. Never had a problem finding a chair. Lazy river was a little too shallow, so the kids were not fans. But I enjoyed floating around. Sunset Properties was very responsive to any questions I had. Only downside was that you had to drive to get to the beach, but that was doable. (There is a shuttle, but it brings you to a beach on a channel; we preferred the beach directly across form the Condos that were on the Gulf instead of the side channel.) "

"This is the 3rd year we have rented this condo, and we have rented it again for our 2025 Vacation. The view is great and the condo is nicely furnished. T
he management is always friendly and helpful. We rented one of the new cabanas for a day and were very pleased. The only recommendation I have is to put fans in the cabanas. Even with the ocean breeze it got very hot in the afternoon. Thank you, Sunset Properties for another fabulous Vacation. See you next June!"
