"Maintenance was there whenever we needed something.
Mark was great.

Didn't like that management was wanting to show the house during our stay."

from St. Peters, 07/14/2017

"The house was perfect, very spacious and comfortable. Before we got there we were worried that it would be cramped for 12 people, but we had more than enough room. Sunset Properties was a pleasure to work with. We will for sure look to book this house again."

"Our family enjoyed staying in Fort Morgan at the Fort of Fun! The home was spacious, accessable and clean. We enjoyed spending time together on the main deck and common areas. We loved being so close to the beach and to the bay! The beach was clean and not crowded at all! We saw dolphins and beautiful sunsets daily! The subdivision felt very safe and the staff were all so friendly. Tacky Jacks was a fun and convenient place to grab a meal and Historic Fort Morgan was an interesting place to tour and only minutes down the road! We were also only a ferry ride away from Dauphin Island which had other fun things to do and see. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already planned to come back next year! Thank you Sunset Properties for making us feel so at home!"

"My husband & I got married in Panama City Beach on Sunday & was evacuated from there on Monday. After having several terrible experiences with hotels, we found this place & didn’t even review it before booking it. We had my immediate family following us trying to outrun the hurricane also.

The service was amazing. The house was amazing. We will try in the very near future to stay here again. We had, had such a terrible experience the first 3 days of our vacation & this place & the lovely workers turned the rest of our week completely around.

Highly recommend! "

"we had 1 people kid and adults we had plenty of room for everyone"

james t h. from bardstown, 04/08/2019

"We were pleasantly surprised by the elevator which was a great help with my 93 year old mom as well as moving in. A large pantry along with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers was great for a large family gathering. We walked to the pool and beach. We really enjoyed the balconies at all times of day. It's 5 bedrooms plus a loft that is like a separate bedroom. The internet was intermittent but they were quick to send someone to reset it whenever you mentioned it. There are lots of gathering spaces. There was plenty of room for our family of 13 adults and 2 small children. "
