About Julia's by the Sea at Martinique
This beautiful family home, named "Julia's by the Sea", is located at the fabulous "Martinique on the Gulf" resort. Our home is nestled in a quiet corner of a cul-de-sac, up against the Bon Secour Federal wildlife preserve. This 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home features two master bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own full bathroom. Two bedrooms on the second floor share a full bathroom -- one bedroom has two new twin beds and the other bedroom has two bunk beds with one trundle bed. The third story is a crow's nest with a new day bed & trundle with two new mattresses, so there is plenty of room to spread out and privacy for all. The "crow's nest" is a great playroom for kids with views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as miles of Bon Secour wildlife preserve. Just added: new kitchen with new cabinets, new quartz countertops, new backsplash, new refrigerator, new GAS range, new microwave, and new dishwasher. Just added: Pennsylvania blue stone back patio overlooking the wildlife preserve with picnic table & wrought iron table and chairs, so all can picnic out back.
Enjoy sitting on the screened porch and watching for wildlife or catching a breeze!
Rent includes 11 bikes of various sizes & a golf cart for easy access to the Martinique resort private beach, fitness center, tennis courts, 2 outdoor swimming pools,1 indoor pools, and 2 jacuzzis.
Martinique has its own private beach and we get to enjoy the three miles of private beach of the nature preserve as well. Martinique is a small gated community and golf cart is the preferred mode of transportation (every unit comes with a golf cart), so it is very safe to walk or riding bikes to the beach. Golf carts are not allowed to be parked in the condo parking lot. Golf carts are not allowed on non-prepared surface (sand, landscaping, dirt or in the yards). The guest will be responsible for any fines or assessments to the owner for not following the rules of the association. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away never leaving the privacy or security of the resort. Reviews are available from our property manager!!
There is a $20 parking pass per car fee, limit 4 cars.
We do not authorize any deviations from Sunset's payment & cancellation policies below. Not even if someone is afraid of another once-in-a-lifetime pandemic occurring sometime in the future!

No smoking or pets allowed. Minimum age to rent is 25.This beautiful home also offers 4 bikes and a golf cart for your use. No Phone. They do have chairs to rent on the beach from Ike's Beach Service.
This property does not rent monthly. Also, in order to avoid same day booking we do not allow reservations to be made online if booking within 48 hours of arrival. Several of our rental properties do have a nightly minimum requirement. If the calendar shows a property is available but you are unable to book online, please feel free to contact us!
There is a $35 replacement fee is the fitness center key is misplaced.
$1 from each reservation made in Fort Morgan will be donated to the Historic Fort Morgan!

"We loved Julia’s by the Sea and the Martinique complex. It was spacious and comfortable for our group of 6 adults and 4 children. The garage if full of bicycles and beach toys and equipment. The golf cart was enjoyed by all. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean and sanitized. The house in general is in need of a deep cleaning. The outdoor patio with a fabulous view was a favorite hangout spot but is in need of some power washing and upkeep. The staff was attentive when questions were asked. Checkin and checkout were very easy. We felt safe and free to room due to gated security and patrol. The pools were fantastic and the walk to the beach manageable. We will return!"
