I would give you guys a 4.5. The place was clean, well located, well organized, well arranged and appointed. Instructions were clear. Good line of communication during our stay.

It would have been a solid 5.0 if not for your policy of not reasonably supplying low cost items like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwashing soap. This just seems really "cheap" creating a low budget vibe that doesn't fit the rest of your offer. Penny wise and pound foolish in my opinion. Easy change - you should consider. "

"Absolutely love the location of Crystal Towers in Gulf Shores! Restaurants , shopping, fresh seafood for cooking are located nearby. The amenities provided in this condo are excellent; the cleanliness is spotless! Everything in the condo makes for a comfortable and A+ plus vacation. The reservation process and check-in with Sunset Properties is more than outstanding! This management team go beyond making sure your arrival, stay, and departure is successful and smooth! All communications are answered quickly; the team really makes you feel that you are a very special guest! I would definitely recommend this property for a vacation; I plan to return! Fantastic beach stay!"

"Condo was very nice, great location. The sink in master was broken so we couldn’t use but it was supposed to be fixed during our stay and never did. I did have to reach out myself a few times to check on the status of it being fixed and if we needed to leave the key but other than that everything was great and amazing! "

"Crystal Tower 1406 is a great place to stay in Gulf Shores! It has two comfortable king beds, which I loved. The entire condo looks great and the balcony offers a spectacular view of the ocean. Sunset Properties are fantastic to work with!"

"Our stay in Gulf Shores was awesome. The Crystal Towers location is perfect. There is plenty of parking and great amenities. I loved the big pool especially, but three pools meant no crowding. The property is clean and the elevators are fast. Our condo was exactly as pictured. A minor issue was cleared up by Sunset Properties very quickly. They responded to texts promptly. We had fun at Waterville and The Pirate Adventure Mini Golf. Highly recommend and will be going back!"
