We offer three different accommodations in The Dunes Community: a one, two, or three bedroom condominium in The Dunes Condos; a one, two or three bedroom condominium in The Indies Condos; or a 3-7 bedroom house ranging from gulf front to gulf view in the Dunes Subdivision. Our development is beautiful and new!! All units have full kitchens, washer/dryer and private balconies which face the Gulf of Mexico! 

Dunes Community

The condos are set back from the Gulf about three-hundred yards. This distance provides a breath -taking panoramic view of the Gulf. To access our private beach, our guests walk down a quiet sidewalk to the boardwalk or request a ride on our limousine golf cart (during peak season)!

We are surrounded by water and golf courses. Several courses are nearby; all offering a different degree of difficulty and representing different price ranges. We are across the street from a marina which also offers charter fishing trips and houses Tacky Jack’s restaurant. You can fish in the Bay, the Gulf or even from our beach. It’s your choice!
