Click here to see the Dunes Condo Grid The Dunes condos were completed in January of 2002 and include three different styles: v One Bedroom with two full baths which sleep up to six people; v Two Bedrooms with two full baths which sleep up to six people; v Three Bedrooms with two and a half baths which sleep up to eight people. The Indies condos will be completed Fall of 2005 and will consist of four different styles: v One Bedroom with one & half baths which sleep up to six people; v Two Bedrooms with two full baths which sleep up to six people; v Three Bedrooms with two baths which sleep up to eight people; v Three Bedrooms with three baths which sleep up to eight people. All of our units have full kitchens, washer and dryer and private balconies which overlook the Gulf of Mexico! We are across the street from a marina which also offers charter fishing trips. There is a restaurant at the marina which will cook your catch of the day for you! You can fish in the Bay, the Gulf or even from the beach. The condos are set back from the Gulf approximately 300 yards which is a short walk down the sidewalk or a quick ride in our complementary golf cart shuttle. In the gated subdivision adjacent to the condos, we have duplexes and single family homes. These homes range in size from three bedrooms up to seven bedroom homes. Some overlook the gulf while others overlook the pool. All of our condos are non-smoking and pet free. Some of our duplexes allow small dogs. The historical site of Fort Morgan is 100 yards to the west of the condos. Some condos on the west end will have a view overlooking the bunkers of the Fort. People love to tour this landmark on their bikes. The Dunes subdivision has a pool and a hot tub. The Dunes condo has a pool that is partially outdoor and partially indoor, a hot tub, a sauna and a fitness center. The Indies condo has a pool, children's pool, hot tub and fitness center. We have 950 feet of private beach. You may choose to spend your day fishing, golfing, lying on the Beach or sunning by the pool. It's awesome here!! |
