Victorian Follies
When you first arrive at this beautiful Gulf Front home, one of the first things you will notice is it’s secluded location at the far East end of Dune Drive. The detailed exterior of this home is absolutely beautiful. The recently painted baby blue exterior with white trimmings makes this home resemble a Victorian style doll house.
This beautiful, 3 story, Gulf Front home is perfect for large family gatherings! It has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms so there is plenty of room for everyone! As you walk in the front door you will notice a foyer with a seating area, a perfect place to curl up and read your favorite beach novel. Then you will continue to the kitchen and dining area with beautiful sparkling white countertops, new appliances, and an island for cooking. There is brand new tile throughout and seating for 12 at the dinner table. The living area is nicely furnished with one large white fluffy sofa, one loveseat, and one chair and ottoman for relaxing and watching movies on those rainy, non-beach days. The first floor also features a bedroom with a queen sized bed. From the screened in patio off of the living area, you can watch an amazing sunset or kick back and have a lazy day listening to the waves. The wraparound windows offer panoramic views of the Gulf that are absolutely breathtaking.
As you continue on to the second floor, you will notice a bedroom with a set of twin beds to your left that shares a bathroom with the master bedroom. The bathroom features his and her sinks, plenty of counter space, and a separate tub and shower. The beautiful Gulf Front master bedroom features a king sized bed with light, beachy décor and a screened in balcony that overlooks the Gulf. The room is also furnished with a chair and recliner for lounging around enjoying the view. On this floor you will also find a Gulf Front bedroom with a queen sized bed and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds perfect for the kiddos. These two rooms have access to another bathroom on this level. The washer and dryer are also located on this level.
The third floor features a suite with a queen sized bed, large, private bathroom and comfy seating area. The bathroom has two separate sinks and a shower. The bedroom is also equipped with a mini fridge and ice maker, so you don’t even have to venture downstairs to make a refreshing ice cold beverage! This room also has a balcony that faces the Gulf where you have a beautiful view of the Sunset!
This house has a t.v. in every room as well as access to wireless internet.
