Located on the third tier in the Dunes Subdivision, this house is in a great location- just a few steps from the pool and only a minute or two from the beach and work out facility at the Dunes Condo. When you first walk up the steps of this duplex, you will notice the spacious front deck, a great outdoor area for family meals or afternoon relaxation. As you walk in the front door, you will find a newly updated living area which creates a relaxing comfortable vacation retreat. The dining area seats at least 9 at the table and bar and there is plenty of counter space in the kitchen for cooking family meals. The master bedroom features a king size bed with warm tropical colors and a private bathroom with large garden tub and freestanding shower. The double sink vanity and large walk-in closet are just a bonus for the lucky guests in the master bedroom. The first floor queen bedroom is decorated with warm brown and blue shades, which gives it a cozy, beachy feel. With a full bath attached, this is another great room for a couple, just wanting to get away for a bit. Up the stairs you will find 2 bedrooms, the first featuring two sets of bunk beds, perfect for the kiddos. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed canopied under a mural of a palm tree on the far wall, giving it a tropical feel. The two bedrooms share a full bath.
